Overview
Handshake is recruiting Administrative and Support Professionals to contribute to an AI research project. In this program, you’ll apply your expertise to help improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language. The Handshake AI program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise.
Details
The position is remote and asynchronous - work independently from wherever you are.
Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely, with a commitment of approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.
Project work includes and is not limited to developing industry-specific prompts and evaluating LLM responses.
Learn new skills while contributing to the changing world of AI across various industries.
Placement into a project will be dependent on project availability.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of work experience in one or more of the following roles:
Telemarketer
Telephone Operator
Dispatcher
Reservation & Ticket Agent
Data Entry Keyer
Billing & Posting Clerk
Receptionist or Information Clerk
Able to participate in primarily asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.
